General Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement or full refund
- Change of mind returns are not accepted
- Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us
- We will review your claim and, once confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Print on Demand (POD) Products
Some of our products — including personalised mugs, apparel, and accessories — are made to order specifically for you. As such:
- We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind
- If your POD item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue
- We will review your claim and, once confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
