Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Product-Specific Shipping Times Some items have individual shipping or production timeframes that differ from our standard processing times. Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Shipping transit times begin once your order has been dispatched, and are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping, depending on your location.
International Shipping (New Zealand & Other Countries) We ship to New Zealand and select international destinations. Shipping transit times begin once your order has been dispatched, and are typically 7–14 business days depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, where applicable in their country of residence.
Delays As we rely on third-party carriers and fulfilment partners to deliver your order, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
